Rates

Individual – $55 – $225 per session

Sliding Scale

For those using private pay, I do provide a sliding fee scale depending on your annual income and/or if you are a full-time student.

Please come prepared and provide all the necessary paperwork to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. Many of my patients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage and know your co-pay before scheduling.

Payment

Co-payment is due at the end of each session. Cash, checks, and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not given at least a 24-hour advance notice of your appointment cancellation, you will be required to pay a fee of $50.
